Chemex

The Chemex® coffee maker is an elegant glass carafe made from high-quality heat-resistant glass. The unique combination of design and functionality ensure that the Chemex has a place in the permanent collection of the New York Museum of Glass. The coffee pot was designed in the 40s by Peter Schlumbohm. The man was actually a chemist and used this knowledge while designing the beautiful, simple Chemex. The glass jug therefore seems to come straight from a laboratory.
