Bialetti New Venus - 4, 6 or 10 cups

New Venus is a modified version of one of the most popular moka models from Bialetti, the leading manufacturer of coffee machines.

Compared to the previous version, the new one has a new top, lid knob and handle. The bottom part is also 20% thicker in material, which is important for conductivity in induction.

With Bialetti Venus 4-cup model you brew 4 cups of espresso at a time (about 50 ml each). The total capacity is 170 ml. The streamlined shape and original design make Bialetti Venus a great decoration for any kitchen. This great look is combined with functionality: the device is made of polished stainless steel with a black plastic handle. Stainless steel has less influence on the coffee taste than aluminum and the ergonomic shape of the handle ensures comfortable pouring of the prepared espresso.

How does it work?

All you need to do is put some water in the reservoir at the bottom, insert the funnel-shaped filter (filled with coffee) at the top, and then simply put the can on the stove. The rest happens automatically. The boiling water rises up the spout or 'chimney' of the filter and percolates through the coffee. The Bialetti also make a hissing sound at the end of the percolation process, so that you know when your coffee is ready.
