Ethiopia Fully Washed Yirgacheffe Aricha - Savor the sweet nuances of each sip of this complex coffee, grown on lush green farms in the village of Aricha Adorsi in the renowned coffee birthplace, Ethiopia. This class 1 microlot from the Aricha Wubanchi washing station in Yirgacheffe is characterized by fully washed processing, resulting in coffee of the highest quality. The cherries are processed from 1,700 local smallholder farmers, who cultivate the traditional Jarc variety on small plots around their homes, known as 'garden coffee.' Aricha, located in the Gedeo district of Ethiopia's Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' Region (SNNPR), is renowned for its bright, fruity taste and floral aroma. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, and abundant rainfall contributes to the unique flavor profiles of Yirgacheffe coffee. The refined flavors of white blossom, green apple, and chocolate with undertones of blackcurrant and cherry are perfectly expressed in this coffee, offering a long, sweet finish.
