The Jura Z10 has a new, revolutionary grinder: the Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.) allows you to set the grinding degree per product, from very coarse to super fine. This way, every preparation comes into its own perfectly.

Completely new with the Z10 is the ability to brew Cold Brew coffee, extremely fresh thanks to the Cold Extraction Process. The extraction is done with cold water, pulsating, under high pressure and with coarser ground coffee. The result in the cup is a natural, energizing soft drink in which the fruit flavors of the coffee stand out beautifully, without being pushed aside by bitterness. Great for hot days!
